No. The report is an automated technical analysis that organizes risks, costs and prices to support your decision — it speeds up due diligence (a lot), but it is not a legal opinion nor an investment recommendation.
PRO includes 3 Veredika.ai Technical Reports per month, for any property in the database — you choose the lot and Veredika generates the full report (legal risks, costs, maximum bid) with an audio summary. The quota renews every subscription cycle; if you need more, you can buy extra credits.
The discount is calculated on market comparables in the property’s area (FipeZap indices by city and the official appraisal). The rental yield uses the average rent per m² in the area, projected on the minimum bid, and is always compared with the current Selic rate.
Every property in the database with the auction notice and title deed available goes through the Veredika analysis. The ranking includes lots whose auction is still open, sorted by score — it updates automatically as new reports are completed.
Activation is immediate when you subscribe with your Hasta account. If you have any problem with the payment or activation, contact support and we will fix it right away. Payment is in Brazilian reais (R$) by card via Stripe.
